Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, where I enjoyed a lovely selection of both cold and hot foods, and the staff provided exceptional service, making my stay feel personal while also being professional.

the westin has a great location right at the center, close to all the attractions. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and eva from the staff was super helpful with any payment confusion we had. i loved the premium double room with a view of the arno river.
